Direction: Take a small spoon, add a small amount in the palm of your hand add drops water, rub hands together to loosen crystals, rub in desired area. If used on face leave on Only 1 minute or less. Do not rub hard or add pressure on face be gentle (add more water if crystals are to abrasive to soften) the rest of your body you can add pressure, rinse off and moisturize with (Sa Brde' Butter or Liquid Shea).
